Synopsis

Do lawyers wiki? Heather Colman, Knowledge Management Specialist at law firm Hicks Morley, talks about their use of ThoughtFarmer as the firm's intranet. The old intranet was rarely updated and rarely used--something had to be done! Using a series of small wins, they went from testing the wiki platform concept to pilot project to full implementation, all in under a year.

Special thanks to Connie Crosby for finding Heather at late notice smile
